Рекомендую успешным кандидатам перед выездом настоять на оформлении полной страховки. А то, с отправкой тел на родину были проблемы. Страховая, принадлежащая, кстати, этой самой группе, очень долго упиралась в оплате расходов (а они весьма немалые), так как у одного из ребят страховка закончилась незадолго до катастрофы.

Skills Required:
Responsible to meet KPI/SLAs as per project scope
Line management of Operations Teams/verticals [SD/L1/L2] – to conduct performance and comp mgmt
Ability to manage internal/external escalations and communication
Responsible for C-sat
Ability to Manage new service/Node integration /Transition with NOC
To be able to guide team on technical issues and on processes adherence
Periodic Operations review with client and follow up plans
Good Analytical Skills. Should be able to analyze data and create customer facing reports /PPT’s using MS-office.
4-5 years of relevant experience in VAS Operations Management (Products like Messaging, CRBT, MCA, Roaming,M-commerce )
Knowledge of ITIL Framework
Knowledge of overall Telecom /GSM Domain
Knowledge of latest Operating Systems like Linux/Unix, Windows
Prior experience in Telecom Managed Service, NOC environment
Knowledge of latest PM tools
Should be able to take short and long terms travel to Africa or any other countries as per project requirements
To manage 24x7 Operations as per processes and using tools
